なので年齢証明が必要なイベント毎や事ある毎にパスポートを持参しなければならないイベントがあったりします。その都度パスポートを持参するのは紛失する恐れがありますし賢い行動とは言えません。
そんな場合に役に立つアイテム、それがこのフォトカード(Photo Card)になります。

フォトカード Photo Card
この年齢証明に使えるカードをフォトカード(Photo Card)と言います。
NSW州運転免許証(NSW Dinners License)を持っていない場合や、ことある事にパスポートを持参しなければならないような場合には、このフォトカードが年齢証明してくれますし写真付き身分証明書としても使用できます。
実質的効力としては、ニューサウスウェールズ州(NSW)運転免許証(Drivers License)の次に力のあるIDです。

このフォトカードは条件さえ満たしていれば誰でも作ることが出来ますが、serviceNSWはれっきとした行政機関なのでそれなりに準備が必要です。

準備するモノ Preparation
下記にあるものを準備してください。

シドニーにはService NSWという行政機関があり、ここは公的な手続きをしてくれるサービスセンターのことです。街のいたるところ、各サバーブにあります。
下記サイトから探すことも出来ますし、グーグルマップでも近場にないか探せます。

まずは確認 Conform
フォトカード(Photo Card)を申請する前に、まずは念の為自分が申請できるか確認しておきましょう。フォトカード(Photo Card)を申請するには以下の条件を満たしてください。
Before applying for a Photo Card, firstly check following conditions if you apply just in case.
- ニューサウスウェールズ州（NSW)居住者である
- resident of NSW
- 16歳以上
- 6 years old or older
- 身分を証明する書類を提出できる
- You can submit identification documents
シドニーに居るのであればそれ程難しいことではありません。

フォトカード(Photo Card)申請用紙 Application Form
こちらがフォトカード(Photo Card)申請用紙(Application Form)になります。

申請用紙は公式サイトからダウンロードして事前に準備することができますが、serviceNSWオフィスでも書くこともできるので、そこまで心配しなくても大丈夫です。
申請費用は期限が5年のもので$57、10年のもので$102です。期限によって申請料が違います。
You can download the application form from the official website and prepare it in advance, but you can also get and write it at the serviceNSW office, so you don’t have to worry about it that much.
The application fee is $57 for 5 years and $102 for 10 years. The application fee varies depending on the term.
パスポート (Passport)
当然必要なIDです。

オーストラリアの銀行カード (Bank Card)
16歳以上でニューサウスウェールズ州に住んでいる訳です。銀行口座を持っていて銀行カードがあって当然です。
You were over 16 years old and live in New South Wales. It is normal to have a bank account and a bank card.
Service NSWで申請 Apply at serviceNSW
フォトカード(Photo Card)の申請をしていく手順です。
This is the procedure for applying for a photo card.
フォトカード(Photo Card)の新規発行の申請はオンラインでは出来ません。なので準備した申請用紙、パスポート、銀行カードに住所が確認できる公的書類をもって最寄りのService NSW へ持ち込み申請してください。
You cannot apply for a new photo card by online. Therefore, please bring the prepared application form, passport, bank card and official documents confirming your address to the nearest Service NSW to apply.
手順としては、
The procedure is as follows:
- 最寄りのserviceNSWへ行く
- Go to nearest serviceNSW
- Photo Cardを申請したいとスタッフに伝える
- Tell staff that I would like to apply for a Photo Card
- 番号札を受け取る
- Receive a number tag.
- 申請用紙に情報を記入
- Fill out Photo Card Application form.
- 番号を呼ばれる
- Your number called.
- 書類を提出
- Submit documents.
- 顔写真撮影
- Take your face photo.
- 申請費用を払う
- payment your application fee.
- 申請終了
- Done.
最寄りのserviceNSWへ行くGo to nearest serviceNSW Office
フォトカードの新規申請者であればオンラインで申請出来ないので必ず必要アイテムを持って最寄りのserviceNSWへ行ってください。
最寄りのserviceNSWの営業時間はご自身で確認してください。
If you are a new photo card applicant, you cannot apply by online, so please be sure to bring the all items to the nearest serviceNSW.
Please check the opening hours of your nearest serviceNSW by yourself.
Photo Cardを申請したいとスタッフに伝える Tell staff that want to apply for a Photo Card
serviceNSW内に入ると入り口近くに案内してくれるスタッフが必ずと言っていい程います。
「 I would like to make a Photo card.」
と伝えれば番号札を受け取れ申請書類を受け取れます。既に準備しているのであれば、
「I already filled out the Application Form.」
と言えば余分に書類を貰わなくてすみます。
When you enter serviceNSW office, there is always a staff member who will guide you near the entrance.
If you tell them 「I would like to make a Photo Card.」, you will receive a number tag and receive the application documents. If you have already prepared, you should say
「I already filled out the Application Form.」
You don’t have to get extra documents.
番号札を受け取る Received your number
スタッフから番号札を受け取ります。
You will receive a number tag from the staff.
申請用紙に情報を記入 Filled out application form
既に準備しているのであれば自分の番号が呼ばれるまで待つだけです。まだの方はこの呼ばれるまでの間に記入を済ませます。申請用紙には間違えないように自分の情報を記入してください。10分もあれば全て記入できると思います。
If you’ve already prepared, all you just wait for your number to be called. If you haven’t ready, fill it out before serviceNSW staff called. I think I can fill everything out in 10 minutes.
番号を呼ばれる Called your number
自分の番号が呼ばれたらカウンターに行きます。
Go to the counter, when your number is called.
*待ち時間はその日その時によって違いますので臨機応変に対応してください。
*The waiting time was depending on the time of the day.
書類を提出 Submit Application Form
持ってきた全ての書類を提出します。
Submit all documents you brought.
顔写真撮影 Take your face photo
書類の確認が無事終わると、カウンターの後ろにある椅子に座るよう指示されます。そしてその場で写真撮影が行われます。マスク、メガネに帽子などは全て外すよう言われます。
Once the documents have been successfully verified, Staff will be asked you to sit on a chair behind the counter. And a photo shooting will be carried out on the spot. You will be asked to remove all masks, glasses, hats, etc.
*証明写真は持参する必要はありません。
*You do not need to bring your ID photo.
申請費用を払う Payment
ここまで進んだらあとはその場で申請費用を払っておわりです。
Pay the application fee.
期限が5年もので$57、10年もので$102です。
The fee is $57 for 5 years and $102 for 10 years.
申請終了 Finished Application
申請手続きは全て終了しました。
あとはフォトカード(Photo Card)が郵送されてくるので待つのみです。申請時に登録した住所に1-2週間ほどで届きます。

紛失等による再発行手続き Procedures for reissuance due to loss, etc.
生活していれば色々な事がおきます。紛失、盗難、破損等様々な理由で再発行が必要になる場合があります。そうなった場合オンラインで再発行申請が可能です。
